Stonegrill restaurant has a unique way of serving steaks.  They will bring you the uncooked meat and a very hot flat stone.  You put the meat on the stone and cook it yourself.  The steak looks pretty good with good marbling.  Their wagyu beef is from Australia, however, their Kobe beef is from Japan.  If the wagyu beef has a lot of marbling throughout the steak, then it may be good also.

Stonegrill also has Sushi and Sashimi for their Japanese line of food, and for their seafood, they offer King Crab!!, salmon, oysters and clams.
