Khema Restaurant has three locations in Phnom Penh. Khema Pasteur on Street 51 near the Independence Monument, Khema La Poste near the Post Office, and Khema Flatiron on the 28th floor of the new Flatiron building.  See the map below for exact locations.

Khema Restaurant serves a French style menu of food with a slight English inspiration on a few items, such as the English breakfast.  The Free Flow Breakfast is an all-you-can-eat type of a breakfast but it is not buffet style.  You sit at a table and order from the menu.  Every time you want more food, you wave down the server and tell them what you want.  They order it at the kitchen and bring it to you when it is ready.

The highlight of their menu is their breads. A nice variety of sweet breads and rolls to enhance your breakfast.
