Harry’s has been around for many years in Phnom Penh.  First they were called Cadillac Bar and Grill for many years and were housed in half the space they have now.  After an ownership change, the name was changed to Manhattan Lounge and the owner doubled the size of the restaurant into the space next door.  The location and size stayed the same when new owners changed the name to Harry’s.

The food selection has increased over the years and the quality and taste has remained the same.
