Dos Besos Mexican food is Tex-Mex style Mexican cuisine.  The Tex-Mex style of Mexican food was created in Texas to modify the authentic Mexican food recipes into a style more enjoyable by Americans.  The Tex-Mex style is preferred over authentic style by most people who prefer to eat Mexican food.  “Dos Besos” are the Spanish words for “Two Kisses”.

Dos Besos is the only Mexican restaurant in Phnom Penh to offer the Acapulco Bowl dish.  This is a bowl made by deep trying a large size tortilla until it it crispy.  Then the crispy bowl is used to hold a Mexican style salad of lettuce, bean, choice of meat, spices, olives, salsa and sour cream.  This is a very tasty dish where you  eat the salad and the bowl together.
